When will my order arrive?
We offer worldwide delivery between 3-10 working days dependant on location.

Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to courier delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch.

Nati Davis is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Can I track my delivery?
When your order is dispatched, we’ll send your tracking details via email. If you don’t receive this, please email support@natidavis.com
Where do you deliver to?
We delivery to a variety of countries listed below:

USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Kuwait, Qatar, Mainland China, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan

Are customs fees included?
Duties are not covered by Nati Davis and are to be covered by the customer upon receipt of goods.
Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order within 5 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team at support@natidavis.com and we’ll do our best to amend the order. This also applies for pre-order products.
Can I cancel my order?
If you contact the customer service team within 5 hours of placing your order it may be possible to cancel your order. This also applies for pre-order products. Please email us at support@natidavis.com and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I return or exchange my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.

We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalised or on any sale or markdown products.

If you would like to exchange an item/s (not including items that have been personalised), please email support@natidavis.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the item you would like to replace it with. Once we have received your request, we will email you with all the information needed to complete your exchange or return.

Please note that all extra postage costs incurred exchanging or returning an item are payable by you, and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received, the new item will be posted immediately. If you are returning a product for a refund, your initial shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Any return that does not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We strongly recommend that when returning items to us, you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items that are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Exchanges received outside 14 days will not be accepted. For all exchanges, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes incurred in the return of a product cannot be refunded.

What if my item is faulty?
At Nati Davis, we take every effort to thoroughly check your purchase for any faults before sending it out to you. The return of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt, and any item subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to report a fault, please make your request clear when contacting support@natidavis.com.

Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your refund as well as reimburse the postage cost for returning the items.

We strongly recommend that when returning items, you use recorded or special delivery, as we are unable to refund items lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Refunds or replacements will be solely at the discretion of Nati Davis.

What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we’re very sorry about that! Please email support@natidavis.com with your order number, the item you received, and what you originally ordered. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with information on how to place a return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Can you give me more information about your products?
We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products on each product page. For more information on the materials and care instructions, click here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards or debit cards. We also accept payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
